Re: Kerberos Profile. I need to research a couple of Kerberos authN related standards and related interop experience to create what I hope will be a fairly complete first draft. I won't be able to do that in time to discuss on the 20th. I will send a draft early the following week. So, can we put it on the agenda for the telecon on the 27th? Thanks, Blair

Present: Marty Humphrey Blair Dillaway Steven Newhouse Chris Smith
Agenda
1. IPR Notified.
2. Agenda Bash Add GLUE to next week's call - to discuss Application Environment and Compute Element model.
3. Minutes from OGF 22 Key Action Items: * Address the format of jobIDs in the * Provide a flexible merge policy about the job information coming from the user and the service provider. The service provider can throw a fault if they detect an overlap from the data coming in from the user - or they can silently overwrite it. If they are going to be 'strict' and throw a fault, they must describe in the Application Template description what they are going to be strict about so the user does not have to do repeated job submission attempts to determine the policy by trial and error.
4. Technical Discussions (one or more from) * Kerberos Profile Blair: Writing a draft spec with use cases. Hopefully to be circulated for discussion on next week's call.
* HPCBP Full Recommendation (now that the experience document is published) Experiences document published. Some remaining issues with BES that need to be clarified. + Add sentence in 6.2 to make it clear if a fault applies to all activities submitted in the vector it can be returned as a 'normal' fault as opposed to being placed in a vector contained in the operation response. + NotAuthorizedFaults to be applied to the BES-Management operations + CantApplyOperationFault to be returned from the TerminateActivities operation. It MAY be returned by an implementation if the activity is already in a terminal state. + Remove the OperationWillBeAppliedEventually fault as all BES operations that request state changes are applied asynchronously.
5. AOB None
Next Meeting Same time next week. Main topics: * Relationship of GLUE Schema to the Application Template * Review of Kerberos Profile -- ogsa-hpcp-wg mailing list ogsa-hpcp-wg@ogf.org http://www.ogf.org/mailman/listinfo/ogsa-hpcp-wg
