[ogsa-dmi-wg] New document version 35

Folks, I am happy to announce a new document version 35 that includes the complete WS-I BP 1.1 compliant WSDL rendering with XML Schema. The WSRF 1.2 compliant rendering (possibly OGSA BP 1.0 compliant, too?) will follow later - I see this fit best in a separate document.
