I have a (very) minor niggle with the current state diagram in v24 pages 23/23. Failed and Done do not seem to be comparable states. i.e. it should be Failed & Succeeded OR Done and Incomplete/Partial or something.

No change in semantics, just a change in word. Thoughts?
