[ogsa-dmi-wg] New versions of the specs

Folks, please find on Gridforge (and attached) the new versions of the specifications reflecting the conclusions for all remaining three artefacts. If I get positive or no feedback until next week Wednesday (including) I will start filling the Plain WS Rendering document with actual content (and not only WSDL).
