Followiinng Peter Kunszt's excellent presentation at GGF16, I asked the GSM co-chairs to point me at the current draft of their spec. Here is the info:

"Please find the latest SRM spec from http://sdm.lbl.gov/srm-wg Latest working version is 2.1.1, and draft 3.0 is on the web that Peter presented in the GGF16.

We're having a final draft in March.
