Barring emergency changes, I do not
intend to update the document again before GGF-14. We should use
this version of the strawman architecture document as the basis for discussion,
comment and changes in our interactions on this DL and in our teleconferences
for the next month. After GGF-14 we should start incorporating changes
leading to the next major version of the architecture.

the addition of drafts of the Data Description and Metadata sections supplied
by Simon Laws. This version will be submitted to GGF as our official
GGF-14 document..
