Commments addressed in OGSA D Arch 6.1


MA1 - Resolved by following lead of OGSA document.  Use "Grid" throughout.
DB2 - See MA1.
MA3 - This section now deleted.  Section 1.2 defines services, resources and interfaces.
DB4 - See MA5.
MA5 - This section now deleted.  Use of italics made more consistent from section 1.2 onwards, so the reader should be used to it by this point.  Section 1.1 also says that we don't italicize every use of common terms such as service & interface.
MA6 - relevant text (in "new" section 2.2) modified appropriately.
MA7 - this section deleted.
MA8 - this section deleted.  Virtaulization as a general concept is still described in Section 1.2.  The details of particular interfaces are described in the relevant sections, which can discuss concerns such as whether all relational databases can be treated the same.
MA9 - this section deleted.  I have attempted to make consistent use of italics in the rest of Sections 2 & 3.
MA10 - this section now replaced by a single paragraph in the "new" section 2.3.
AWL11 - Added "acyclic".
MA12 - Added an "out of scope" sentence.
MA13 - Ongoing; we should add this to the tracker.
MA14 - Attempted to clarify this point.
AWL15 - Added the word "dynamically"
AWL16 - Reworded the text.

DB18 - Mentioned JSDL.
W21 - Changed text to refer to a future OGSA data profile.

MA25 - Reference added; discussion of profiles is now in section 3.1
