[ogsa-d-wg] Architecture Document Locked

I am taking the write lock on the architecture document in preparation for submitting an updated draft this Friday for GGF-15. I will be adding a place holder section on data streams and a short section on transactions. If you have other changes/additions, please get them to me soon. Thanks.
