bes-factory.wsdl and WSA import

Hi! bes-factory.wsdl currently uses: <xsd:include schemaLocation="bes-factory.xsd"/> and through this depends on indirect import of WSA. Java WSIT has problems with that. I'm not an XML Schema expert and couldn't find any restriction on xsd:include element for documents importing schemas from other namespaces. Anyway, I think it wouldn't hurt to add implicit WSA import in bes-factory.wsdl and could help in this and maybe other cases... -- Piotr Domagalski

This is a change in the schema for a particular tooling. It does not change any of the normative description of the service or its messages... Steven
