Hi; Enclosed is the latest version of the BES draft. This is an updated version of the draft I sent out last week. This draft is essentially the same as last week's except for some cleanup and movement of the extension material out of the appendix and into the main document. I have not yet added Ellen's material to an appendix, but intend to still do so. Marvin.
