Well, I never agreed to this particular time slot nor confirmed my participation in this telcon where key folks already informed that they also not present. In next events this should be clarified and ensured that we are all there to make progress. Apart from this, you, me, and Michael discussed all relevant work already as part of PGI and from my perspective we agree to our major concepts/requirements (e.g. manual data-staging, etc.), but important is now that JSDL/BES chairs are represented to get specification work forward, including decisions!

I personally understand your frustration and we need to explore how we can change the situation in the next months/years across our groups. Perhaps as a first step, I'm able to state that EMI is in the process of re-structuring itself and as part of this process EMI members, including me, can devote much more time to real specification work as before. Although pending EMI structural agreements, I would assume that more time is available for our standardization process starting next month onwards. More at OGF next week. Take care, Morris
