SOAP and WS-Security with respect to current OGSA AuthN and AuthZ docs
At today's joint meeting on OGSA AuthN and AuthZ today (see info below), I'd like to look at comments raised by Blair Dillaway with respect to the relation between WS-Security and the current round of OGSA working profiles and documents. In particular, I am interested in knowing whether more general methods of formulating the basic security architectures are possible or whether they all have to be tied to WS-Security. Concerning the Autthz agenda item, there is no progress to report since oGF20. One thing we might like to consider is how do we engage the community more in contributing to this work, or do we just throw in our hats and say that no-one is really interested in pushing the authz work forward anymore regards David Alan Sill wrote:
