Authorization based on action parameters
FYI: Through the magic of GridForge, I was asked to "approve" this document. Olle I uploaded this document before the deadline so that the docs is valid for the Seoul meeting. I also plan later this week to upload a draft agenda for the meeting. The doc is intended as a discussion document both for the meeting and before and after the meeting as well if people have time to start discussing it now. I did not think it was sensible to actually revise the OGSA SAML draft until the WG had a concensus on the correct way to proceed.
