[OGSA-AUTHZ] Use of SAML for OGSI Authorization back from public comment

Hi all, The document "Use of SAML for OGSI Authorization" came back from the public comment period with zero comments. I'm not very keen to start another period just to follow process but rather I suggest that I exercise my power as AD and close the sack on this document anyhow. Thoughts at this point? /Olle
