I have uploaded a slightly revised version of the authz functional components document that reflects the agreements of our telecon on 16 Oct. I believe that this document is now complete, apart from minor editorial corrections, in which case we can make a start on specifying the three interfaces/protocols that result from this document. Our next telecon is on 8 Nov, so these protocols/interfaces will be the primary subject for discussion
