All, Let me attempt to put to bed the mis-conception that there will be no time to discuss the program. In fact, one of the agenda items is specifically geared toward determining criteria for how many tracks we should have, how these tracks should be scheduled to reduce conflict, and other topics that will make developing the program clearly understood by all participants. While we might not be talking at the level of specific content proposals (though if time allows, I see no reason not to), I think it is certainly beneficial to the program committee and over all leadership of the event that the details of what are being called "operational issues" get resolved lest plan for a program that we cannot execute. I cannot see how responsibilities for doing things can be divorced from decisions on what we are doing. If we are investing so much time we should be making definitive and binding decisions.
