Dear PC members,

I propose the following schedule of telephone meetings for the first months of the new year. This includes the run up to the deadline for proposal submissions and the judging period. I have rather arbitrarily chosen Tuesdays as the day for these. As we have members all round the world, I have used two different time slots to give everyone a chance to join some meetings.

I hope that those of us attending OGF19 can get together there.
