OCCI F2F meeting proposal for September

Folks, since the next OGF, which will take place in Lyon, France from September 19-23, 2011, is very packed and things will co-locate with Grid 2011, the EGI Technical Forum 2011, and several other (albeit smaller) events, we will most probably only have time for the official sessions, and not so much time for out-of-band discussion. I therefore would like to suggest a F2F meeting before this event, in the week before. As venue, I can offer rooms at TU Dortmund University, which is easy to reach via Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS). I guess a two-day meeting would be good to have enough time to discuss. If there is need for more time, this is possible as well. Please indicate your preference for the week at http://www.doodle.com/z6kiqmmbsww755hw Best, Alexander

Would it be possible to have the F2F in Lyon, just before the big event? That would minimize travel, and would prevent the OCCI meeting at OGF to be empty... ;-) Effort to organize is higher though... Cheers, Andre. On Thu, Jul 14, 2011 at 5:47 PM, <alexander.papaspyrou@tu-dortmund.de> wrote:
