Hi,
as Andre pointed out in his mails in the JSON Rendering thread, it is now possible and encouraged to move OGF repositories to GIT. Thus I'd like to get a short yes/no from everyone to the following question: Should we migrate the OCCI WG SVN repository to GIT?

Hi guys, since nobody cried 'WTF' about git, I'll go ahead and get your stuff migrated. Feel free to continue with svn for the time being -- we'll sync that up with git once you have confirmed that it works after migration. FWIW, those of you who want write access to the git repo, please create an account on http://redmin.ogf.org/, and join the OCCI-WG project (http://redmine.ogf.org/projects/occi-wg/). Cheers, Andre. Hi OCCI-WG, your git migration is complete -- please check http://redmine.ogf.org/projects/occi-wg/repository to confirm that this is what you expected. I leave it up to you if you switch to git immediately, or if you just test it for now, and tell me when to migrate the latest svn snapshot -- either way, please make sure not to commit to both repositories (which that can be handled in principle, I am not sure about how reliable cross-repo merges are). BTW: the git repository URL is on your project's home page (http://redmine.ogf.org/projects/occi-wg/), and is gitosis@redmine.ogf.org:standards/infrastructure-area/occi-wg.git -- but you need to upload a public ssh key to your account first. The read-only URL is http://redmine.ogf.org/git/standards/infrastructure-area/occi-wg.git Please let me know if you have any trouble with the setup... Best, Andre. Yes - thanks! Where do I upload my public key to?
Go to your account settings (top right, direct link: http://redmine.ogf.org/my/account). Net to 'Gravatar' and 'Change Password' you'll find 'Public Keys' (top right of white area). Please let me know if you have trouble with that!
The provided link did not work for me and I'm getting a permission denied at present.
The read/write link will need a key, but the read-only link should work w/o key? Best, Andre.
