[occi-wg] Do we need both collections and templates ?

Now that we added tags to collections, it allows providers to associate proprietary meta data with a resource. Since templates are collections, templates seem to be redundant. Call for a new construct (template) for describing proprietary aspects of a providers implementation is a practice and shouldn't require a new occi construct. -gary
