Apologies for spamming the list with a one-word

didn't realise we'd started posting commits. I've turned off the "
*Include diffs of changed files in the email notification*" as when you
modify the DocBook XML the build system will regenerate one or more HTML and
PDF files... it's best if you just follow the links to the revisions and
inspect the changes to the XML files using the Google Code web interface.
