[occi-wg] Adding a folder to the wiki document root directory

Hi I tried to add a new folder to the documents section of the wiki, I don't seem to have adequate privileges. Can someone please add a "white papers" folder to the documents root folder ? And, under that a "collaborations" folder -gary
