FYI.  ITU-T likes to send its attachments as zip files.  I have unzipped these to improve the likelihood that they will get through your email filters.

The relevant page seems to be the second page of the second document, which puts forward a table in the form of a matrix of functionalities in the cloud computing area.

Comments and ideas for a response from OGF would be welcome.
