as promissed a little while back, here is the Cords Reference V2.11 specification containing the description of our brokering provisioning system under SLA control from the point of view of the OCCI categories that it exposes.
This has been a huge piece of work, not only has it been document but it is actually operational at the multi-virtual-machine level with monitoring channels being addedto manifest described service deployments as required to satisfy the guarantees and their associated controls described at the service level agreement level.
