If you mean [1] then this does not have any relationship with OCCI. Is there another driver elsewhere?

A driver to interact with OpenNebula 1.4 through the OCCI API was contributed to this project some time ago. I can see in the Libcloud JIRA that they are updating it in order to interact with OpenNebula 3.0.
