The "monitoring extension" document has been updated to take into account the "notification extension" document: in essence, part of the monitoring has been moved inside the notification document.

This makes notification independent from monitoring, but the two are to some extent complementary. To enhance their being complementary, the description of the sensor resource has been made uniform with respect to the content of the notification document.
