After some mail exchanges with Andrew and Ralph, there is a minor revision:<br><br>-) added one session &quot;3 - Addressing simple environments&quot; to give the guidelines and warnings for simplified configurations;<br><br>

-) the transport of measurement data inside the monitoring infrastructure has been rendered with opaque identifiers (String) in metric and input attributes; an adjustment to the definition of scope was deemed appropriate; examples have been fixed to take this into account, and other bugs in the examples are fixed.<br>
