{noun{verb{attribute}}} vector +1 for this.
This structure seems more like triples (subject, predicate, and object) rather than key/value pairs. I don't mean any specific format like RDF/XML or semantic kind of stuff. Just thought that noun/verb/attribute vector may match with triples in the conceptual level, where an attribute could be another noun (subject) for describing another resource.
