Hi, as promised on the call: RSM: Call Initial/Reserved for "Reserve Start" It is not an ideal name, but I think it is better than "Reserved". LSM: Call "Initial" for "Created" Was there a failed state being added to the LSM? If a circuit failes during activation, I cannot see any immediate way of of indicating it in the state machine (but maybe it is not supposed to).
