Peoples, I have an action to close on the definition of the <peersWith> element. I have added a few slides (13-18) to the end of the Uppsala slide pack for discussion. I think it more clearly shows what I was thinking when I wrote the document and implemented in path finding, but I have also included a slide describing what I believe Tomohiro may have asked for.
