NSI Team,

Last week Tomohiro visited Berkeley and Washington DC. In the ensuing discussions with Jerry, Chin, Evangelos, Eric Pouyoul and myself, a few new state machine ideas have emerged some of which do not have full buy-in. I am not sure if in tomorrow's call full justice can be done to the new ideas since Tomohiro is in a conference and these ideas still have to be presented/vetted, but we can discuss some of the basic ideas that led to those discussions.

Best Regards
Inder
