Dear NDN2014 participant

 

The NORDUnet conference is approaching rapidly and we would like to share a bit of practical information in advance.

 

Conference timings – Overview:

Tuesday 23 Sep: 

Registration: 08.00 - 08.45

Conference:  09.00 - 17.30

Opening Reception: 18.00 – 19.30

 

Wednesday 24 Sep.:

Conference:  09-00 – 17.30

BoF's: 17.45-19.00

Dinner: 19.30 – 22.00

 

Thursday 25 Sep.:

Conference: 09.00-12.30

Lunch:  12.30 – 14.00

 

Early registration & badge pick-up Monday

If you happen to arrive during Monday or will attend one of the side meetings/workshops that take place on Monday please feel free to come by the hospitality & registration desk to pick up your badge. 

 

Opening Reception

Light snacks and a drink will be available during this social event that in addition to the official welcome to Uppsala hopefully will make people mingle and agree to go for dinner together afterwards.

 

Dinner venue & Transportation

Wednesday's dinner will take place at the Castle which is centrally located in Uppsala. Transportation from the University will be available. You just sign up during Tuesday at the hospitality desk.

 

Monday's Side meetings, Workshops & BoF's

A wide range of side meetings, workshops and BoF's take place on Monday 22 September and Wednesday 24 September. It is still possible to attend one or more of these sessions (Web RTC, TF-Storage, RFC BoF..). You just register via the registration link  – and use the promo code "side meeting" as indicated in the form.

 

Lunches & Coffee breaks

All lunches and coffees will be served in the central hall of the conference building providing ample opportunity to meet exhibitors and colleagues.
