An updated version of the NSI CS v2.0 draft is now available with the following changes:

- Sections 1 through 5 have been updated to reflect the edits agreed in Maastricht

- Section 7 now contains the NSI CS schema with latest updates by John to reflect discussion at Maastricht.

Another round of edits to section 6 and the appendixes is needed.
