Draft 15 of the NSI CS v2.0 document has now been uploaded to Redmine: https://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf/nsi-wg?folder_id=6526

This will be the version for that we will up for ratification by the group next week in Madrid.

I would like to thank all of the team and in particular John MacAuley for his hard work on getting all of the latest changes into this document.
