I have re-worked sections 2 and 3  of the draft NSI Connection Service protocol to reflect the new unified state machine:

Section 4 and 5 will be updated early next week to reflect John and Jerry’s updates on the WSDL.

I will have a go at updating sections 6,7 and 8 tomorrow.
