o AP4: John to survey implementers on timeout to get and build a list of current default, worst case and best case.  And then build a consensus preferred timeout.

o AP5:  – Group to review Johns email regarding lastModified filter query changes.  Should this be implemented in header or schema?

o AP6: John to send Guy agreed changes on error messages and Guy to incorporate into CS doc
