The main point is that by request the deadline for submission of comments has been extended to Monday 19^th July.  This will be your last chance to comment, so please take a look at the document and provide feedback if you wish.

If possible I would like to try and stick to the target submission date of 22^nd July, so assuming comments are minor I will aim for an updated doc early on the 20^th July.
