I have uploaded an updated version of NSI CS v2.0, the new version can be found here: https://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf_files/12970

The edits address feedback from Richard Hughes-Jones (OGF area director, Infrastructure). In general he identified a problem with lack of clarity in the way the information was presented and and some internal inconsistencies in the document.

The edits are not intended to change the meaning of the protocol, so if you spot anything that you think changes the protocol please let me know and I will address this.
