[Nsi-wg] Topology bootstrap file

Hi all, I have just created a topology bootstrap file for the Automated GOLE demonstration. Please let me know what you think about this. The syntax is not completely final yet, because I have to figure out some details on how to define this in a schema. But ultimately it will have to be something along these lines as it has to contain: - a global topology, - the identifiers for each of the participating topologies, - the URL for the topology file of each topology.
