[Nsi-wg] framework doc with edits

Hi Guy - I finished editing the framework. I inserted a number of comments that if we get an editor may be helpful. I also note a few issues that need to be changed, including the pic that we talked about earlier this week. See you soon. I will go through the connection doc on the way over and get it to you Monday hopefully :) John
