[Nsi-wg] Topology Syntax document

Hi all, I've prepared a document defining the NSI topology syntax extensions on NML. This basically codifies the syntax that we have been using in the Automated GOLE demo since SC. Feedback (and approval) is more than welcome! Jeroen.
