Hi All,

As discussed in Banff, I would like to create a log of issues and decision made by the group.  I am hoping that this will streamline the decision making process.

I have attached a first cut of this based on minutes from calls and discussions at Banff.

There will be the usual conference call tomorrow, the first item on the agenda will be to review the structure for the architecture deliverable document.  If/when we get through this I would like to review the issues log.
