[Nsi-wg] comments on NSI draft

Guy - Attached are comments on the NSI doc. They are in a word doc and organized by section. I highlight the section, then make comments. My take is that the doc taking shape well. There is still a bit of work to be done - I am hoping we define the work at meeting tomorrow and that these comments are helpful in that discussion. See you tomorrow -- John
