[Nsi-wg] revised arch doc -v3

Attached is revised arch doc. It has a glossary in section 4. I left change tracking on but change display off. The document is very large, I think because of pictures in section 7. I think we should split sections soon. I think sections 1-6 might want to go together, then separate docs for the following sections. I hope you can receive this. If there is a problem let me know and I will break it up so you can get it. John
