You will recall that last year Richard HJ reviewed the NSI policy document and a round of edits were made.  Then over the past few months we have reviewed the NSI policy approach and made some refinements.  This is now all reflected in the latest version of the document which you can download here: https://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf_files/13420

I will open a request for the OGF to put this into public comment.
