[Nsi-wg] HTTPS and BASIC authentication

Can everyone please set up their NSA for HTTPS and BASIC authentication? You can either allocate a single account for all NSA to use, or you can specify an account for each of the NSA. I think either would be fine. I just want to make sure we can demonstrate a functioning secure transport. Thank you, John.
