Action points:

AP1: John to prepare a set of policy implementation exchange point, specific examples – link ownership.

AP2:  Guy to review Policy doc changes discussed in this call and mark up and send to list.

AP3: Chin to review the coordinator function for feedback and update if necessary.

AP4: John to survey implementers on timeout to get and build a list of current default, worst case and best case.  And then build a consensus preferred timeout.

AP5: Group to review Johns email regarding lastModified filter query changes.  Should this be implemented in header or schema?

AP6: John to send Guy agreed changes on error messages and Guy to incorporate into CS doc

AP7: Chin to document the collision avoidance with help from John
