I have updated the NSI CS v2.0 protocol doc to edit version 15, as usual it is available to download here: https://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf/nsi-wg?folder_id=6526

This version of the document includes updates and edits from Henrik and Chin on sections 4, 5 and 6. It also includes a merge of the tables in section 3 and corrected figure cross-references.
