[Nsi-wg] call Wed 10/28

Just a heads up that we will have a call next Wed Oct 28 at 9ET. A revised table of contents for the Architecuture recommnendation will be sent out Tuesday. Tentatively we will have a call every other week after that. Let me know if this is a problem. We could reschedule a week later if that works better, for example. John
