For the upcoming 2016 conference in Helsinki on 20-22 September we would like to offer you the possibility of co-locating your meeting again, or perhaps you have a new team/project that you would like to gather for a meeting. We have worked around the conference programme, which is still under construction, and below you will find an overview of the timeslots that we can provide for you: * Monday 19 September – all day (day before the conference opens) * Wednesday 21 September – 14.00 - 17.30 (in parallel to conference sessions) * Thursday 22 September – 14.00 – 17.30 (after the official close of the conference) * Friday 23 September all day (day after the conference) Monday and Friday is not necessarily only for full day meetings, please also ask for half a day or a couple of hours, if that is what you require.
